Attleboro, Mansfield, Norton, Bridgewater and surrounding areas.

Salary: $68,000 – $81,000 per year (paid per visit, estimate).

Schedule: Full‑Time.

If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you!

• One year of clinical experience and one year of home health experience.
• Ability to provide nursing visits according to the treatment prescribed by the physician and maintain accurate medical records.

• Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program.
• Currently licensed Practical Nurse or Vocational Nurse in the state of agency operation.
• Valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role.
• Licensed driver capable of traveling to all business locations.
