• Demonstrates the knowledge and skills needed to assist in providing patient care, good organizational skills, personal maturity, accuracy and flexibility.

• High School Graduate or equivalent required;
  Certification as a nursing assistant

• BLS Required, CNA

• Command of verbal and written English
• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability, creating a favorable image in relationship to the Nursing Department and the hospital as a whole
• Ability to perform simple math calculations
• Must develop and maintain positive relationships across all areas of responsibility
• Must visibly demonstrate commitment to customer relations and all basic concepts of continuous quality improvement and preventing error from reaching the patient

Should be able to effectively communicate to all age levels served within the scope of the position/assigned areas.

Must have the ability to perform essential functions of the position without posing a direct threat to the health and safety of themselves or other individuals in the work place, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
