CoWorx is seeking Quality Inspectors (1st Shift) in the Attleboro, MA area!

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 3:30 PM. Pay: $20/hr. + based on experience. We’re looking for a detail-focused Quality Inspector to help ensure our products meet strict customer and military specifications. If you enjoy hands‑on work, precision measurement, and playing a critical role in delivering top‑quality products, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in manufacturing and quality assurance.

• Perform visual inspections of plated and un‑plated materials using the naked eye and microscopes.
• Conduct thickness testing using tools like X‑ray equipment, micrometers, and calipers.
• Perform adhesion testing according to customer and company standards.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of inspection results.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure inspection equipment and work areas are clean and well‑maintained.
• Support overall quality initiatives and other duties as assigned.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions.
• Experience using measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges, comparators).
• Comfortable working with both visual and measurement‑based inspection methods.
• Basic math and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• 1–2 years of related inspection experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
