* Summary:

** Maintains quality standards by approving incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products; recording quality results.## What you will be doing:* ## Approves incoming materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.* ## Approves in-process production by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; communicating required adjustments to production supervisor.* ## Approves finished products by confirming specifications;

conducting visual and measurement tests; when applicable, returning products for re-work; confirming re-work.* ## Consistently works on complex assignments requiring independent action and a high degree of initiative to resolve issues. Makes recommendations for new procedures.* ## Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and waste; inputting data into quality database.* ## Evaluate problems and make recommendations.
* ## Participates in the Corrective Action process.* ## Pay will be $23-$25 hourly with a 10% added differential for second shift operators## ## What you will bring along:* ## 5+ years’ Quality Control experience in Inspection is preferred.* ## Knowledge of International Standard ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems a plus.* ## Use computerized data collection equipment and software to record inspection data and generate process capability and other SQC charts.
* ## Utilize measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, optical comparators, force gages. Knowledge of Keyence inspection machine a plus.* ## Evaluate and complete special customer quality assurance requirements (i.e., first article inspection, SPC charts and data and other customer paperwork)* ## Preferred skill/experience
2) Read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
