Vishay Barry is located in Attleboro, MA, conveniently close to main highways. The position is on‑site for first shift at our 40,000 sq. ft. facility.

• Read and interpret instructions on the traveler and customer specifications to process the order.
• Handle and test small electrical components.
• Use a microscope and tweezers to visually inspect parts per traveler for correct dimensional and visual criteria.
• Perform tasks requiring flexibility and versatility, including cover assembly, electrical tests, visual inspection, packaging, and other functions.
• Record work performed using computer skills.
• Pay rate $18–$22 hourly.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Ability to work under a microscope and identify defects.
• Computer experience required.
• Strong hand–eye coordination required.
• 1+ year experience using microscopes and tweezers preferred.
• Continuous improvement attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated with a strong sense of personal ownership and a team attitude.
