Position: Hallmark Field Merchandiser Floater (part-time) Attleboro, MA 02703

Job Overview

As a Field Merchandiser Floater, you will work independently to showcase your organization and time management skills, establish retailer relationships, and serve as the face of Hallmark. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory levels, and support team members with seasonal resets and installations as needed. You may also work with products from other companies in the serviced stores.

  • Starting hourly pay rate: $16.00 – $18.00, depending on skills and experience.
  • Paid training through live, hands‑on instruction and virtual classroom training.
  • Part‑time position with a variable schedule; average weekly hours 4–8.
  • Required availability before and after major holidays, including weekends.
  • Availability to support seasonal changeovers, extended services, installations, and inventory support.
  • Eligible employees receive annual pay increases.
Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Day‑to‑day engagement:
    Use a Hallmark‑provided mobile device to restock, organize, and monitor the inventory of Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department. Communicate with supervisors, report time, provide feedback, and answer surveys. Interact professionally with store employees, management, and customers. You are responsible for the entire Hallmark product display at your assigned stores.
  • Holiday support:
    Work additional days and extended hours during the work week around holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. May be required to work on the holiday itself, including weekends.
  • Department resets:
    Participate in installations and tasks such as building and installing Hallmark fixtures, relocating card departments and products, and resetting card sections. Notification provided typically two weeks in advance for remodel assignments, which may include evenings or weekends.
  • Team collaboration:
    Support other team members as needed within the Hallmark field organization.
Physical Requirements

This is a physically demanding job that requires energy and urgency. You must be able to push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds occasionally. You must kneel, squat, walk, and stand throughout the workday, and may be required to climb stairs and step ladders.

Basic Qualifications
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Read, write, and understand English.
  • Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Operate a digital handheld device.
  • Access to Wi‑Fi and the internet.
  • Reliable transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.
