Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers;
Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom and ensure staff follow programs;
Ensure telephone is answered according to policy;
Process buy online/ship to store orders and transfers promptly and contact customers on shipment arrivals as needed;
Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently;
Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store;
Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks;
Ensure staff adhere to posted work schedule and clock in/out per policy;
Perform store opening/closing duties including day-end procedures, deposits, and securing the store and deliveries
