United Better Homes is seeking a Lead Installer to join our Mass Save Weatherization Crew. If you have experience in insulation, air sealing, and home energy efficiency upgrades, we want to hear from you!

- Lead a team in performing insulation, air sealing, and weatherization services under the Mass Save program
- Train and supervise crew members to maximize efficiency and safety
- Conduct blower door tests and install weatherization materials
- Communicate with homeowners and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain and organize tools, materials, and job site cleanliness
- Previous experience in weatherization, insulation, or energy efficiency (Mass Save experience a plus)
- Ability to lead a team and complete projects on schedule
- Knowledge of building science principles and air sealing techniques
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in attics/crawl spaces
- Must pass drug screening & background check
