Winn Companies is seeking a Regional Maintenance Technician to cover the Greater Boston area, with assignments across Attleboro, Walpole, Franklin, Stoughton, Fall River, Raynham and Quincy. You will perform maintenance in rental units, common areas, offices, and lots, and lead other technicians.
EPA Universal Certification and HVAC experience required. The role offers a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule; travel within the portfolio is common, with on-call duties as needed.
