Are you an experienced HVAC technician looking for stability, strong benefits, and work-life balance? Attleboro Public Schools is hiring an HVAC Technician to maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across our school buildings.

- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems across district buildings
- Respond to and troubleshoot hot/cold calls
- Perform preventative maintenance according to established schedules
- Repair/replace valves, motors, controls, switches, wiring, fans, pumps, compressors, and other system components
- Document work in our CMMS system (Maximo)
- Assist with snow removal during winter months (snow blowers, tractors, shovels)
- Work in accordance with OSHA and district safety standards
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Technical/trade school training or completed apprenticeship
- 5+ years of related commercial/industrial HVAC experience
- Required licenses:MA Refrigeration License, MA Pipe fitters License, RSES License
- Strong controls experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Willingness to work some nights, weekends, and holidays as needed for coverage
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 35 lbs regularly (occasionally 40 lbs), and work in varying temperature conditions.
