As an Electrician you will carry out a wide range of electrical and electrical-related repairs, maintenance, testing, and installations across our properties. You’ll support colleagues across multiple trades and ensure that all work is completed to an excellent standard - first time, every time.

• Inspecting, testing, installing, repairing, and modifying electrical systems and components
• Supporting repair works in occupied homes and conducting electrical improvements in void properties
• Identifying and arranging appropriate asbestos removal when required
• Using schedules of rates to assess work, provide estimates, and ensure cost-effective delivery
• Working safely, efficiently, and flexibly - including occasional paid overtime to complete essential works

• 18th Edition Qualification
• NVQ level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installation
• AM2 Certification
• Proven experience as an Electrician
• Strong practical skills and attention to detail
• Customer service experience
• Competency in Microsoft Outlook and Teams
• Full UK driving licence
• 2391 Qualification is desirable but not essential

• Achieve your 2391 Testing & Inspection qualification (if needed)
• Build confidence in safeguarding and emergency response
• Gain experience with digital operational systems, including work scheduling tools
