Global Modular is seeking an experienced Senior Draftsperson to advance the company's overall Engineering Department workflow.
Working Knowledge- Architectural and MEP drawing development
- Plumbing detailing
- Electrical detailing
- HVAC detailing
- Structural detailing
- Specification detailing
- Knowledge of construction processes
- Excellent AutoCAD and Bluebeam skills
- Multi-task and work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Prepare and track various types of project documentation
- Able to gather and compile data from multiple sources and prepare reports
- Proficiency with Windows 10, Word, Excel, Outlook, Gmail, Chrome, printing, scanning, PDF, telephone, Zoom
