Temporary Accountant – Record to Report (Corporate Accounting)
Position Summary Encadria is partnering with Guardian Glass in Auburn Hills for a Temporary Accountant to support the Corporate Record-to-Report (RTR) team through transformation and increased business demand. This role will assist with global cash accounting, intercompany accounting, and month-end close activities while partnering with global finance teams to ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities Support daily and month-end global cash accounting, including reconciliations and journal entries.

Perform intercompany reconciliations and help resolve balancing differences across global entities.

Execute month-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.

Prepare and maintain support in accordance with internal controls and accounting policies.

Collaborate with global accounting teams to investigate and resolve issues timely.

Assist with audit requests, ad hoc reporting, continuous improvement, and process documentation.

Qualifications2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in corporate or shared services.

Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and month-end close processes.

Experience with cash accounting, account reconciliations, and large data sets.

Familiarity with intercompany accounting is a plus.

Strong Excel skills, attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving ability.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

Experience working in a multinational organization supporting global accounting.

M3 or One Stream experience.
