Job Description
Bookkeeper to manage financial recordkeeping for a small corporation and restaurant operation, accounting degree preferred.

Responsibilities- Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping functions
- Record and categorize daily financial transactions
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card accounts, and General Ledger (GL) accounts
- Perform and process weekly payroll
- Prepare and process journal entries as needed
- Generate financial statements when required
- Maintain organized financial documentation and records
- Work closely with management to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Other duties as needed
- Proven bookkeeping experience, preferably in a small business and/or restaurant environment
- Strong working knowledge of Quick Books
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience processing payroll and managing payroll-related records
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion
