Salary Range: $22.00 To $25.00 Hourly
Billing coordinators are equipped with knowledge of billing procedures and great attention to detail. Analytical ability is a valuable asset, while communication skills can make a difference for customer and co-worker relationships.
The goal for this position is to ensure the services we provide are billed to the customers accurately and correctly, troubleshooting issues, monitoring open AR balances and answering billing questions.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Using a 3rd party software to review delivery information, correct if necessary
- Accurately create, review and distribute invoices electronically
- Monitor Accounts Receivable balances, post payments and initiate contact for collections if necessary.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoicing or pricing questions
- Other duties as assigned
The successful candidate will be a great communicator and play an active role as part of the team. They will be the "go to" person for both internal and external customers relative to our transportation division. We are seeking a candidate who enjoys learning, troubleshooting and bringing new ideas to the team for streamlining processes.
In addition to great keyboarding skills and exceptional attention to detail, knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook are a must.
