Overview
Clerical:
Law Firm looking for full time clerical support staff member to join our team. Send resume to:
- Prepare form and letter templates.
- Send and receive emails.
- Place and receive telephone calls.
- Data entry.
- Sorting, collating, copying, filing, and mailing of documents.
- Additional entry level clerical duties as needed.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent data entry skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
