The Event Support Coordinator at Atlas Copco Tools and Assembly Systems plays a key role in delivering seamless, high‑quality customer and internal events. This position is responsible for coordinating event logistics, managing promotional materials and demonstration tools, and ensuring accurate tracking, inventory control, and data integrity across event‑related systems. With a strong focus on organization, readiness, and presentation, the Event Support Coordinator supports everything from customer‑facing events and in‑office meetings to new hire onboarding, helping ensure every interaction reflects Atlas Copco's commitment to professionalism, precision, and customer excellence.

Here's

how you'll make an impact:
  • Coordinate the organization, shipping, and receiving of events and promotional materials to support customers and internal events.
  • Prepare and maintain customer event tracking documentation as needed.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and ongoing updates across event‑related applications and platforms.
  • Own inventory management and tracking for all events and promotional materials.
  • Prepare, assemble, and stage customer giveaways to ensure on‑site event readiness.
  • Monitor inventory levels of promotional materials and proactively request replenishment to prevent shortages.
  • Maintain demonstration and display areas to ensure a polished, professional, and customer‑ready environment.
  • Manage and track the distribution of sales demonstration tools and related resources.
  • Support planning, set‑up, and breakdown of in‑office events and meetings.
  • Assemble and ship onboarding kits for new hires, including the creation of desk plates.
To succeed, you will need
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and departments.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment while maintaining a positive, can‑do attitude.
  • Flexible availability to work between 20 and 32 hours per week, based on workload and business needs.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
