Pay Rate: $20.51 per hour
Contract: 1 year
Work Schedule: MF 8:30am-12:30pm
What’s a typical day as an Admissions Office Specialist? You’ll be:
- Utilizing the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) to review and process applications
- Ensuring timely updates to student records and performing duplicate resolution in CRM and SIS
- Entering student applications and data into SIS, scanning documentation, and contacting applicants for issue resolution or additional information
- Serving as front-end administrative support via email, phone, and direct messaging
- Providing support for admissions events and ensuring compliance with FERPA requirements
- Training and directing college student personnel and performing related tasks as assigned
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have completed at least 24 college credit hours in Administrative Support Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or Business Administration OR hold an Associate’s degree or higher in any discipline
- Are willing to work additional hours as needed
- Possess strong communication and organizational skills
- Are proficient in using CRM and Student Information Systems
- Have prior college admission experience
