Department Administrator Coordinator

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Department Administrator Coordinator to work with a leading manufacturing company in Auburn Hills. This role is essential for ensuring that information generated by the design group is complete and accurate for the purchasing department and the shop floor.

27 - USD
27 per hour

• 7/8am to 4/5pm, Monday to Friday

• 27.00 USD hourly

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or at least one year of related experience.
• Strong organizational and computer skills.
• Experience with data entry and writing purchase order requisitions.
• Experience reviewing and attaching inspection sheets and work orders.

• Experience with Epicor software.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Working experience within a manufacturing or design environment.

• Verify and process information from the design group for purchasing and production teams.
• Distribute prints and work orders to the shop floor and production facility.
• Generate production schedules and provide estimated delivery dates.
• Maintain and update operations, calendars, and routings in the management system.
• Coordinate with service and design departments to expedite manufacturing operations.
• Generate pick lists and manage bill of material transfers.
• Provide front desk receptionist coverage as needed.
