Buyer II - Rubber

Responsibilities of Position

• Lead sourcing and execute commodity strategies
• Manage RFQs/RFPs, market tests, and TCO analysis
• Negotiate multi-year agreements and secure competitive pricing
• Forecast and track regional financial performance
• Evaluate and develop suppliers; ensure quality compliance
• Support cross-functional teams and advanced procurement
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced Tier 1 environment

• Superior negotiation and communication skills.
• Capable of multi-task program management with related AQP experience.
• Excellent Information Management Skills
• Self-directed, proactive, and organized
• Able to work with limited or imperfect data
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Tier 1 automotive experience preferred.
• Knowledge of TS/IATF 16949
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office (cost models, data analysis, forecasting)

• Bachelor degree in Business, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 4+ years of automotive purchasing experience (Tier 1 preferred)
