• Assist team members with daily tasks and operational support
• Conduct research, analyze data, and compile reports
• Help prepare presentations, charts, or marketing materials
• Shadow senior staff and join team planning sessions
• Own a specific end-of-term project or presentation [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

• Enrolled in or recent graduate of an undergraduate or graduate program
• Basic computer and communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and positive attitude [1, 2, 3]
