Program Management – Modernization Operations Expert

We are seeking an experienced Program Management – Modernization Operations Expert to drive operational excellence, process improvement, and digital transformation across our organization. In this role, you will optimize project execution, integrate modern digital tools, stream line cross-functional communication, and ensure high-level program deliverables are met efficiently. • Operational Modernization: Lead process-improvement initiatives, identify operational gaps, and deploy corrective, preventive, and continuous-improvement workflows.
• Digital Transformation: Introduce automation, digital reporting, and modern toolsets to elevate work quality, operational efficiency, and team throughput.
• Program & Performance Execution: Oversee program schedules, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management. Track KPIs and deliver executive dashboards, reports, and management presentations.
• Financial & Resource Management: Manage program budgets, capital investments, operational performance, and implementation of recovery plans as needed.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate deliverables across global teams and guide cross-functional groups through complex technical and operational problem-solving.
