Project Manager / Estimator – Advanced Facilities & Controlled Environments

The Project Manager / Estimator – Advanced Facilities & Controlled Environments is responsible for the successful planning, estimating, execution, and delivery of technically complex construction projects throughout the United States. This position provides cradle-to-grave project leadership, overseeing projects from preconstruction and estimating through construction execution and project closeout.
The Project Manager / Estimator works closely with clients, design teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to develop competitive estimates, manage project budgets and schedules, mitigate risks, and ensure successful project outcomes. Projects may include advanced manufacturing facilities, semiconductor facilities, pharmaceutical and life sciences facilities, mission critical environments, data centers, clean rooms, controlled environments, and other highly technical construction projects.
This role is ideal for an experienced construction professional who enjoys both preconstruction and project execution responsibilities and seeks full ownership of project success from concept through completion.
Travel to project sites throughout the United States may be required based on project assignments and client needs. The frequency and duration of travel will vary depending on project size, location, and construction phase.
Per diem, travel benefits, and project-specific incentives may be available based on project location and assignment.

- Occasional travel and site visits required based on project assignments.
Physical requirements include:
- Ability to travel to project locations as required.
- Ability to walk active construction jobsites for extended periods.
- Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and navigate construction environments.
- Ability to inspect construction work and project conditions in the field.
- Ability to communicate effectively with project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
