Construction Superintendent - Industrial

Experience: Mid Level

Salary: $110,000 - $160,000 per year

• Experience serving as a Superintendent on commercial, industrial, manufacturing, or large-scale construction projects
• Ability to manage all field operations from mOur Clientlization through project closeout
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, self-perform trades, and project schedules
• Knowledge of construction means, methods, sequencing, and site logistics
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
• Experience conducting safety meetings and enforcing site safety standards
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience managing project quality control and inspections
• Proficiency with construction scheduling software and field technology platforms
• Ability to identify and resolve field-related issues proactively
• Experience leading owner, architect, and subcontractor coordination efforts
• OSHA knowledge and commitment to jobsite safety
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to travel to project sites as required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
