Head of Digital Media and Creative Production

We are seeking a leader to drive the modern newsroom and platform ecosystems - equally fluent in editorial judgement, short‑form video, insights, and AI. As Head of Digital Media and Creative Production, you will shape, elevate, and accelerate Stellantis North America’s presence across its digital platforms. This role runs an always‑on corporate newsroom that turns our business priorities into timely, high‑impact stories across North America‑owned platforms.

You will orchestrate a connected content and platform ecosystem – Linked In, Instagram, X, Facebook, You Tube, media site, and web – that elevates the stories behind our iconic brands, innovations, and people. You will work together with Corporate Communications, Product, Brand and Tech Communications, Internal Communications, and Executive Communications leaders across the function – from idea generation and narrative development to production, publishing, and performance – to grow visibility in alignment with corporate priorities, brand positioning, and North American business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the creative planning process across teams, ensuring the content calendar is aligned, prioritised, and executed on time across all channels.
  • Oversee the creation of multi‑format content (written, video, social, interactive, live) that enhances corporate storytelling and supports both short‑term moments and long‑term initiatives.
  • Follow editorial guidelines, tone of voice frameworks, governance processes, asset management processes, and accessibility standards.
  • Lead the full Stellantis North America social media ecosystem (Linked In, Instagram, X, Facebook, You Tube, and emerging platforms), including platform‑specific strategies, content calendars, community management, and channel optimisation.
  • Partner with Executive Communications to advance executive visibility programmes, supporting senior leaders with platform strategy, content development, and engagement planning.
  • Integrate issue and reputation management into social strategy in partnership with Corporate Communications.
  • Oversee end‑to‑end video production, including creative concepting, scripting, storyboarding, budgeting, scheduling, shoot direction, and post‑production.
  • Lead the creation of social‑first, vertical, short‑form video formats optimised for reach and audience engagement.
  • Manage live‑stream and event‑based video content for product reveals, leadership moments, community initiatives, and media announcements.
  • Integrate AI‑powered tools to streamline content ideation, production workflows, editing, insights generation, multilingual content, and rapid asset versioning.
  • Manage external partners; foster a collaborative culture focused on creativity, quality, and performance.
  • Leverage data and insights frameworks that connect content performance to business and communications KPIs.
  • Drive experimentation, testing, and continuous improvement across platforms and formats.
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in communications, digital content, editorial strategy, marketing or related fields.
  • Proven leadership experience managing high‑performing teams, cross‑functional partners and outside agencies.
  • Deep expertise in social media strategy, content planning, community management, and paid/organic optimisation across major platforms.
  • Strong editorial judgement and storytelling skills, with experience running or contributing to cross‑functional newsroom‑style content operations.
  • Deep understanding of video production and multimedia storytelling for third‑party/media use.
  • Demonstrated ability to use analytics and insights to develop data‑driven strategies and measure effectiveness.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
  • Experience integrating or leveraging AI tools within content or editorial processes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the automotive, mobility, or other large, global consumer‑facing organisations.
  • Familiarity with social listening tools, content management systems, and performance/measurement and analytics dashboards.
