Customer Service Representative

Talascend is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for a contract opportunity with our client in Auburn Hills, Michigan.

This role involves providing high-quality customer service support within a large facility, managing incoming requests, and assisting with administrative and facilities-related tasks. It offers a visible position with interaction across all organizational levels and potential for internal growth.

• Handle incoming service requests such as temperature, maintenance, and restroom issues
• Maintain accurate logs for tracking and follow-up
• Support vendor coordination and open order tracking
• Assist with administrative and facilities-related tasks during slower periods

• Bachelor's degree preferred (engineering, finance, environmental, construction, etc.)
• Candidates actively working toward their degree or recent grads are encouraged to apply
• Strong customer service experience (retail, restaurant, call center, etc.)
• Professional, polished communication skills with critical phone presence
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort interacting with a wide range of individuals from frontline to leadership
• Strong attention to detail and ability to quickly learn systems and processes
• Demonstrated ability to perform the duties of this position through relevant experience, training, or education.
