Customer Experience Specialist Opportunity

Stellantis is seeking a dedicated professional to handle escalated customer complaints, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and protecting our brand reputation. Based in our Auburn Hills, MI headquarters, this role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and make a significant impact on our customer experience.

• Manage escalated cases received by top management and route cases to appropriate teams.
• Investigate customer requests and conduct necessary research using Stellantis systems.
• Coordinate with the Stellantis dealer network and internal corporate organizations to resolve customer issues.
• Develop and execute action plans for case resolution, maintaining closed-loop case management.
• Provide timely updates to stakeholders as needed.

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years of professional working experience
• Positive attitude and passion for customer care
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite
• Ability to work a flexible schedule

• 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or dealership
• Experience with premium brands, luxury hospitality, or retail
• Familiarity with cloud-based CRM and telephony tools
