Executive Referrals Manager

Our client, in the Automotive Industry is seeking an experienced Executive Referrals Manager to join their team. You will be responsible to support customers who have escalated their concerns directly to senior leadership, including executive teams and board members.

Location:

Auburn Hills, MI

Pay Range: $49.93/HR

• Manage customer cases escalated to executive and senior leadership teams
• Review, investigate, and resolve complex customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Conduct detailed research using internal systems, tools, and processes
• Collaborate with dealership personnel and internal departments to develop effective solutions
• Coordinate with appropriate teams when cases need to be routed to other brands or regions
• Escalate issues to internal corporate partners when additional support or information is needed

• 2+ years of customer service experience in a contact center, dealership, or similar customer-facing environment
• Experience supporting premium automotive brands, luxury retail, or luxury hospitality customers
• Experience utilizing cloud-based CRM systems and telephony platforms
• Automotive industry experience is a plus
• Bachelors degree
