Our client, a leading organization in the automotive manufacturing industry, is seeking a Learning Operations Specialist (CSOD/Cornerstone LMS) to join their team. As a Learning Operations Specialist, you will be part of the Learning & Development organization supporting enterprise training initiatives, workforce development programs, and learning operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, which will align successfully within the organization.

Auburn Hills, MI (Onsite – 5 Days per Week)
Pay Range: $43.37/hour
Contract:
One year contract type position
- Manage and administer the Cornerstone (CSOD) Learning Management System, including course assignments, reporting, and training records.
- Coordinate and schedule instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning training programs while ensuring seamless execution and participant support.
- Maintain accurate training data, compliance records, certifications, and learning metrics within the LMS.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support training delivery, logistics, and learning initiatives.
- Develop reports, presentations, and KPI dashboards to provide updates on learning programs and operational effectiveness.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Cornerstone (CSOD) and Learning Management System administration.
- Proven experience owning or managing LMS processes, training records, enrollments, reporting, and user support.
- Background in Learning Operations, Training Coordination, Corporate Learning, or Learning & Development.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple training programs, schedules, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree required.
