Requirements

Must have
  • Strong experience in controls and/or systems engineering
  • In-depth understanding of powertrain systems

  • Proficient in designing and developing feature requirements
  • Experience in DFMEA development
  • Capability to plan and deliver based on stakeholder requests
  • Participation in feature team meetings for project planning and status tracking
  • Collaboration with Product Management for prioritizing deliverables
  • Skill in risk identification and mitigation
  • Proven expertise in managing team dependencies and resolving risks
  • Technical leadership and guidance qualities
  • Strong interpersonal skills for representing the team to external stakeholders and customers

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of requirements for assigned features – Analyze functionality objectives to assess design feasibility and give feedback to the Vehicle team
  • Create and develop feature designs and requirements for all assigned projects
  • Develop DFMEA for features assigned to the team
  • Plan and ensure delivery according to external stakeholder requests
  • Engage in all relevant team meetings for work planning and tracking deliverable status
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management to align deliverables with business objectives and escalate risks
  • Actively participate in mitigating risks that could impact team deliverables
  • Work alongside other teams to identify dependencies and manage risks
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance within the team
  • Serve as a representative of the team in interactions with external stakeholders and other teams
