Must Have

  • Proven experience in System-on-Chip (SoC) development
  • Expertise in micro-architecture design
  • Strong background in system-level analysis
  • Knowledge of ADAS and Infotainment systems
  • Familiarity with ISO
    26262 and cybersecurity compliance
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with ARM, RISC-V, GPU, DSP, ISP, NPU, NOC, MMA, and accelerators
  • Strong communication skills for technical discussions with suppliers and partners
Responsibilities
  • Define the SoC architecture for Central Compute ECU hardware, focusing on advanced driver assistance systems and infotainment
  • Convert high-level system requirements into comprehensive specifications for compute, memory, interconnects, and interfaces at the SoC level
  • Work alongside software teams to ensure optimization of hardware regarding performance, power, reliability, and cost
  • Provide guidance on SoC intellectual property blocks and design decisions
  • Act as a representative for Stellantis during technical discussions with suppliers and partners
  • Ensure compliance with ISO
    26262 standards and cybersecurity protocols
  • Assist hardware engineering teams in design, architecture, and ECU development processes
  • Promote innovation in future SoC architecture, including chiplets, high-speed interconnects, and sophisticated memory solutions
