** JOB PURPOSE
**** KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Key responsibilities include:

Setup, operation, and maintenance of laboratory test equipment and systems

Execution of component and system-level testing according to engineering standards

Data collection, analysis, and reporting to support design validation and calibration activities

Troubleshooting test issues and supporting root-cause analysis

Collaboration with engineering teams to ensure accurate and timely validation results

This role plays a critical part in enabling engineering decisions by providing reliable test data and maintaining laboratory operational readiness.
