Job Description

The Electrical/Electronic Systems Cost Engineer will be responsible for all technical costs associated with Electronic Modules and/or Electrical/Electronic Switching Devices and associated mechanical mechanisms.

  • Component variable costs and tooling for all vehicles.
  • Cost evaluating and collaborating product changes.
  • Evaluating tool firm price contracts and verifying asset existence.
  • Ensure appropriate escalation to upper management if component cost collaborations cannot be agreed upon with the respective suppliers.
  • Supporting internal competitive vehicle benchmarking.
