Required:
- 7+ years of experience in automotive engineering, vehicle integration, or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree preferred in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to analyze data and create impactful client presentations.
- Experience in any of the following areas is a huge plus:
- Body-In-White
- Chassis
- Electrical Systems
- Battery Electric Drivetrain
- Ability to travel as required (approximately 10%-15%)
- Engage directly with clients to develop innovative solutions in vehicle integration, systems engineering, product design, costing, and manufacturing.
- Conduct in-depth assessments and benchmarking to uncover opportunities for performance improvements and cost savings.
- Lead and contribute to fast-paced ideation sessions that drive product innovation.
- Develop detailed reports and dynamic presentations that effectively communicate findings and recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn innovative ideas into practical, high-impact solutions.
