Responsibilities

Market & Application Research

* Conduct application and market segment mapping to identify trends, gaps, and emerging opportunities.

* Support new market segment research and analyze insights to support strategy and product development discussions.

* Assist in the creation of a market segment plan.

Commercial Pipeline Support

* Work with the Commercial team to update and maintain the pipeline CRM system.

* Assist with prospecting new customers and identifying potential growth opportunities within existing accounts.

Customer Engagement & Events

* Support preparation and execution of customer tech days, including coordinating materials, scheduling, and follow-up actions.

* Assist in the creation of presentations or documentation used in customer meetings.

Qualifications

* Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering or related field

* Anticipated graduation date Fall 2026 or Spring 2027

* GPA 2.8 or higher

* Microsoft suite proficiency:
Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

* Attention to detail

* Effective verbal and written communication skills

* Positive attitude and learning agility

* Proven success working in a team environment

* Interest in, and motivated by, building new sustainable high-margin business

* Ability to work in the U.S. with no restrictions (OPT H1b, TN visa currently not supported)
