HSE Regional Manager – Join a Leadership Team Driving Safety, Compliance & Operational Excellence

In this role, you’ll lead and mentor plant‑level HSE teams, ensure regulatory and corporate compliance, elevate operational performance, and drive continuous improvement across your region. You’ll also partner closely with senior leadership to influence strategy, support budget development, and deliver high‑quality reporting for key business decisions.

What You’ll Do- Lead, coach, and support plant HSE Managers/Coordinators in executing health, safety, and environmental compliance programs
- Oversee incident, medical, and workers’ compensation documentation processes
- Maintain expert knowledge of applicable government, industry, and corporate HSE guidelines
- Evaluate workplace hazards and drive improvements in machine safety, ergonomics, and environmental conditions
- Validate machinery safety specifications and partner with engineers, vendors, and plants on safe equipment integration
- Support new and revised program launches
- Manage regulatory reviews for chemical changes and plant impacts
- Conduct and support internal audits, including ISO 14001 Environmental Management System activities
- Analyze statistical data to identify trends and propose corrective actions
- Prepare and deliver reports, action plans, and briefings for management
- Participate in Faurecia’s global HSE network and assist in HSE indicator reporting
- Perform safety evaluations for new or relocated machinery
- Recommend improvements to ergonomic practices and workstation assessments
- Lead routine and special workplace audits
- Support training design, development, and implementation
- Propose cost‑reduction and efficiency improvements
- Capture and share best practices and lessons learned across the organization
- Champion top‑management commitment to NAO environmental policy and ISO 14001 requirements
- Carry out other duties as assigned to support the division’s HSE and operational goals
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence, guide, and develop HSE professionals
- Expertise in OSHA and environmental regulations; ISO 14001 experience preferred
- Ability to analyze data, identify risk trends, and drive actionable solutions
- Experience with machinery safety, ergonomics, incident management, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present to plant and senior leadership
- A continuous improvement mindset with a commitment to operational excellence
