Key Responsibility- Operation management of overseas service station warehouse accounting, quality, maintenance, safety, etc.;
- Quality, maintenance, and operation process construction promotion and empowerment of overseas service station warehouses;
- Selection, use, training, and retention of overseas station warehouse transportation suppliers;
- Overseas service station warehouse transportation management;
- Overseas service station warehouse management process, standard system construction;
- Other tasks arranged by the leader;
- Proficiency in TMS, ERP, MES, WMS, WCS, AUTOCAD, SOLIDWORDS, logistics planning and other related software.
- At least 3 years experience in global warehousing, transportation and import and export planning, working experience in Fortune 500 enterprises is preferred.
- Strong ability of planning, organization, communication, coordination and project promotion;
Strong sense of responsibility, pressure resistance and execution.
Physical Requirements
- Regular, predictable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role.
- Ability to move throughout offices, manufacturing facilities, and construction areas, including walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs or ladders.
- Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25–50 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting as required, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to work in varied environments, including offices, industrial, and construction settings.
- Willingness to travel to other job sites as business needs require.
