• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 2 years of engineering experience in an engine dynamometer testing environment
• Knowledge of data acquisition systems and data analysis techniques
• Experience in hardware project management
• Understanding of computer control systems

• Master's degree in an engineering discipline
• Familiarity with ICE and battery electric vehicles
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple complex projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Matlab, and Python
• Exceptional organizational and planning abilities
• Strong communication skills
