This gives our team the chance to see their ideas become real products. We are now looking for a Product Design Engineer who enjoys developing mechanical products and solving technical challenges. No visa sponsorship available.
- In this role, you help design and develop commercial products that move from concept to production. You work with cross-functional teams that include manufacturing, quality, and program management. Your work focuses on practical design decisions that support cost, quality, and product performance. You also help prepare products for reliable production using strong engineering methods and clear documentation.
- You design injection molded mechanical components and assemblies using modern 3D CAD tools such as Solid Works, Creo, or Inventor.
- You create clear engineering drawings and release documentation for manufacturing and production.
- You support product development from concept through validation and production launch.
- You collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure designs support injection molding processes.
- You review designs and help solve technical issues during development and testing.
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- You have at least five years of experience developing mechanical products.
- You have strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- You have at least two years of experience releasing engineering drawings for production.
- You have experience with 3D CAD tools such as Solid Works, Creo, Inventor, or similar software.
- Experience working with injection molded plastic components.
- Knowledge of optics or optical components used in products.
- Experience using CFD analysis tools to support design decisions.
