Salary Range: $100-115K per year plus annual bonus; salary negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors

Seatbelt Development Engineer Job Responsibilities Include :
- Leads component and system engineering activities to meet safety, performance, cost, and timing targets while ensuring compliance with global regulations and customer requirements.
- Works cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality, suppliers, and customers to deliver robust, production-ready restraint solutions.
- Lead end-to-end technical development of seatbelt systems
- Own design decisions, system integration, and technical direction
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, customer, and internal requirements
- Drive validation, testing, and readiness for production launch
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on cost, quality, and timing targets
- Bachelor degree in Engineering
- 7+ years within Seatbelt design and development
