We are looking for a talented Hardware Design Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of next-generation automotive electronic systems.

What You'll Do
  • Design and develop electronic circuits, including microcontrollers, sensors, and interface circuitry
  • Create, review, and validate schematics based on customer requirements and automotive industry standards
  • Support product validation activities, troubleshoot issues, and drive corrective actions
  • Perform root cause analysis on field, warranty, and validation-related failures
  • Investigate and resolve EMC/EMI-related concerns to ensure product compliance
  • Conduct worst-case analysis to verify robust and reliable circuit performance
  • Collaborate closely with software, mechanical, manufacturing, and quality teams throughout the product development lifecycle
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline
  • 4+ years of experience in electronic hardware design and development
  • Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design, microcontrollers, sensors, and automotive electronic architectures
  • Experience with schematic capture tools such as Mentor Graphics DxDesigner, Expedition, Cadence, Altium, or similar platforms
  • Hands‑on experience with product validation, troubleshooting, and failure analysis
  • Experience performing EMC investigations and design improvements
  • Knowledge of worst‑case circuit analysis and design robustness methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with automotive standards such as ISO, AEC-Q, and related compliance requirements
  • Experience with simulation and lab equipment including SPICE, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and spectrum analyzers
