Position Summary:

This is a unique opportunity as the Engineering Intern will participate in rotational development up to the point of graduation, having each six‑month term with a different area of Faurecia R&D. The Engineering Intern works on assigned projects, assists the manager in areas of design, engineering, drawings, equipment, and/or documentation.

• Learns how to produce / develop designs
• Assists with alternative design solutions
• Maintains strong familiarity with specific customer requirements
• Completes all assignments with the prescribed schedules
• Proposes continuous improvement ideas in business efficiency and cost reduction
• Capitalises on knowledge and shares best practices / lessons learned across the organization and within the site

• Familiarity with primary manufacturing methods
• Per Training Plan matrix
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Active listening skills
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple ongoing tasks
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills
• Data entry proficiency
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Full‑time student enrolled in an accredited 4‑year college or university
• Graduation date of December
  2027 or later
• Can work at least 24 hours during school
• Minimum 2.8 GPA
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering field, or similar
