EOL Calibration Engineer

Job Description

Develop and calibrate Powertrain Engine controls features, requiring at least 2 years of experience.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the development and calibration of Powertrain Engine controls features
• Very good knowledge of internal combustion engines
• Data acquisition experience collecting and processing data
• Working knowledge of engine analysis and calibration tools, emissions development, engine technologies and competitive products
• Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills
• Proficient in MATLAB / Simulink, INCA
• Calibration process knowledge using design of experiments and advanced optimization techniques
• Proficient in advanced simulation tools
• Proficient in CANalyzer, UDS Diagnostic protocol and services, CAN and LIN communication protocol

• Design and develop EOL calibration for assigned Powertrain modules
• Perform EOL testing on vehicle and fine tune the calibs as needed
• Assist in developing and executing EOL test scripts
• Use OEM specific diagnostic tool chain to validate OBD features
• Develop prototype models to fix EOL validation issues as part of root cause analysis

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to identify and work with the appropriate contacts and resources

Base Salary Range : $90,000 to $120,000 Per Annum
