• Develop components/systems from initial design concept through full volume production.
• Provide feasibility input for development of designs from Product Design Office concepts.
• Establish and manage development timeline for the life of the project.
• Lead design while leveraging external design sources and internal CAD design resources.
• Validate virtual designs using CAE resources and perform physical validation via testing.
• Manage internal documentation for the release of systems and oversee tool construction.
• Conduct root cause analysis and determine corrective actions for assembly issues.

• This position is on-site at the assembly plant for vehicle pilot builds and production launch.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 1+ year of Design Release Engineer experience is required.
