Senior CE Parts Recovery Analyst - (Centerline Location)

• Oversee Circular Economy part recovery activity for plant scrap material, ensuring timely identification, segregation, and disposition.
• Coordinate cross-functional decision making to determine reuse, repurpose, repair, harvest-for-core, or recycle pathways.
• Manage repair/recovery suppliers, including onboarding, scope definition, quality assurance expectations, and performance reviews.
• Lead quality assurance activities to ensure recovered/repaired parts meet specifications and compliance with internal procedures.
• Analyze recovery opportunities using demand signals and part risk to prioritize highest value actions.
• Communicate status, risks, and recoveries to leadership while escalating complex issues.
• Mentor/guide junior analysts and promote a continuous-improvement mindset.

• This role operates in a collaborative office environment with periodic visits to plants and suppliers.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in parts recovery, remanufacturing, quality, or related fields.
