Description
FEV North America, Inc., a global supplier of engineering services to the Transportation Industry, has an opening on a short-term contract position for 2nd shift experienced engine development Technician to join our team.
Job TypeFull-time
Job Responsibilities- Primary responsibilities will include fabricating, setting up and conducting tests on advanced Engine and Powertrain development projects
- Responsible for calibration
- Preventive maintenance of FEV equipment
- Maintaining quality assurance procedures
- Associate's degree
- Mechanical or Electrical experience required
- Systems knowledge: PC based applications including Microsoft Office/ADAPT/Lab View/MORPHEE/PUMA
- Enthusiastic attitude and a desire to succeed are essential
- Effective organizational skills and ability to well within a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fabrication experience
- Emissions experience
- Combustion experience
- Engine testing experience
- Horiba testing equipment experience
