Responsibilities
- Perform basic diagnostics and troubleshooting on vehicle systems and production issue
- Assist in root cause analysis (RCA) using 5 Whys, Fishbone, and 8D methodologie
- Support SWAT (rapid response) team in resolving critical field and plant issue
- Analyze data from diagnostic tools, CAN logs, and test system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, quality, manufacturing)
- Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Document test results, findings, and issue resolution report
- Participate in on-site validation and testing of fixe
