Our client, an industry leader in automotive engineering, is seeking a Calibration Engineer to join their team. As a Calibration Engineer, you will be part of the Powertrain Development Department supporting vehicle and engine calibration projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?- Validate and calibrate key powertrain functions through physical testing on engine dyno and vehicle platforms.
- Conduct tests on engine bench and vehicle, ensuring calibration milestones are met according to company processes.
- Participate in development trips for hot, cold, and altitude testing conditions.
- Create and adjust calibrations with suppliers and partners to resolve technical challenges and optimize performance.
- Prepare detailed reports and validation estimates, supporting continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or controls engineering with relevant engine calibration experience.
- Proficiency with calibration software such as CRETA/Powercal, INCA, APOGEE, and OPTISIM.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including technical reporting.
- High proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing).
- Willingness to support physical testing and participate in development trips as needed.
