Job Role s and Responsibilities
Assist Project Managers and Project Architects with architectural concepts, designs, and project development.
Prepare construction documents, specifications, and material research.
Support construction administration activities, including shop drawing and RFI reviews.
Coordinate project plans with engineering consultants, including structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, food service, and civil disciplines.
Participate in internal and external project meetings as required.
Create and support 3D visualization models, mockups, and presentations.
Participate in technical reviews throughout all project phases to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
Perform Job Captain duties when assigned.
Support project teams with additional assignments as directed by leadership.
Travel to project sites, client meetings, and research activities as needed.
Evaluate construction methods, project conditions, and construction details.
Represent the organization at industry and client events.
Qualifications and CertificationsBachelor of Science in Architecture (4-year degree) preferred.
Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in architecture, engineering, or construction environments.
Experience with BIM/CAD production and project coordination.
Experience mentoring team members is preferred.
