Job Title

Job Role s and Responsibilities

• Lead projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with engineering consultants and project stakeholders.
• Prepare and review architectural designs, plans, and construction documents.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and costs.
• Conduct client meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
• Participate in technical reviews and quality control processes.
• Support 3D modeling, presentations, and project visualizations.
• Assist with business development and proposal presentations.
• Mentor and train team members on BIM/CAD tools and workflows.
• Develop onboarding and training programs for staff.
• Research and implement new technologies and process improvements.
• Perform construction administration and Job Captain duties as needed.

Qualifications and Certifications

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in architecture, engineering, or construction.
• Strong BIM/CAD production and coordination experience.
• Project management and team leadership experience.
